Kris Jenner has reportedly blamed a prank call for a visit from Child Protection Services last week, who were called to her Calabasas home in Los Angeles, following claims of abuse against her teenage daughters Kylie, 15 and Kendall, 16.
According to TMZ child protection officers and police arrived at their home on October 26 following a tip off from an “anonymous caller” though quickly “discounted it” after finding no evidence of abuse.
A source told the website: "[The complaint was] ridiculous because Kylie wasn't even in the country the day the caller claimed she was in danger. She was in the Philippines."
With 'momager' Kris now allegedly believing that the “anonymous call” making the accusation came from a tabloid reporter, the website reported that Kris had hired a private investigator to get to the bottom of the accusations.
It's not the first time the 'momager' has been criticised for how she looks after her children. Earlier this year her daughter Kim Kardashian defended Kris' decision to feature Kylie and Kendall on their reality TV show during an interview with Oprah Winfrey.
”I think that’s so ridiculous,” she claimed in response to the accusation that Kris had “pimped out” her kids.
"No one will fight harder for you than your own mother," she added. "She knows us. She knows all of our moods…We just get each other. We vibe. It works."
