Kate Middleton has let slip the biggest hint yet that she and Prince William are expecting a baby girl.
While greeting her good public at Grimsby yesterday Kate apparently went to refer to her bump as a 'daughter' to one of the crowd.
The duchess was busy chatting with fans when one woman handed her a teddy bear. Kate reportedly replied, "Thank you, I’ll take that for my d..."
According to Us Weekly, another bystander asked her if she had meant to say "daughter," to which the royal replied, "We're not telling."
Surely Kate could have just as easily said "We don't know!".
Double hint, hint!
Which leads us to believe that we have a mini Kate Middleton on the way which would be amazing if only for the mini bouncy blow dry.
Plus, lest us not forget a baby girl would put a Queen in line for the throne!
This year the law changed meaning that Kate and William's first child can inherit the throne regardless of gender.
However, we doubt we will know for certain the baby's sex until July when the royal baby is due after the Royals have a tradition of keeping things a surprise.
