Lara Stone and David Walliams have welcomed a baby boy.
The 28-year-old super model’s representative confirmed that she had given birth to hers and the 41-year-old comedian’s first child last night.
Neither David or Lara have spoken out about their happy news yet with photographer friend Mert Alas revealing all first with a congratulatory tweet before promptly deleting the message from the social networking site.
Model Terese Baca however wasn’t quite as discreet tweeting: “Congratulations to Lara Stone and David Walliams who had a baby boy yesterday.”
The couple announced they were expecting their first child via Twitter earlier last year.
David posted the message: "Some wonderful news. My beautiful wife Lara is pregnant. We are having a baby! It is due next year and we both couldn't be happier. Dx (sic)"
The couple first started dating in 2009 before marrying each other in May 2010.
Lara and David already have practice of sorts with parenthood, owning beloved pet dog Bert.
The model joked last year about the dog: "We love him. A baby will probably never be as fun as Bert."
Possibly not, but we imagine raising a baby may be significantly harder work.
Congratulations to both Lara and David on their happy news.
